PFTL Cohort 1 Graduation Winter 2023.

Passport to Future Technology Leadership (PFTL) is improving pathways to leadership in industry and nonacademic careers, while contributing to the development of a diverse, globally competitive STEM workforce.

Meet our first cohort of students!

Read our annual report.

PFTL employs a cutting-edge curriculum that encompasses three goals:

1. Immersive learning opportunities to increase exposure to the breadth of high-level opportunities in technology/industry

2. Skill building to enhance job seeking technique and increase preparation and success on job market.

3. Mentorship from Industry leaders to expand networks, create opportunities and accelerate success in industry careers.

Because the program customizes the experience for the participants, space is very limited as we can only support 20-25 students in each cohort. PFTL is designed to complement the doctoral curriculum and should not affect research progress or time to graduation.
